About the role

We are seeking a proactive, relationship‑driven professional to lead our key accounts and drive business development in Singapore. The role combines strategic sales, client success, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact for our partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support revenue‑growth initiatives.
  • Develop account plans, proposals, and tailored client solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project and service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, forecasts, and business reviews.
  • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and partnership discussions.
  • Track sales pipelines and contribute to overall commercial strategy.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in account management, client services, sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Commercial awareness with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Self‑starter capable of working independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Passion for client success, partnerships and business growth.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience with sales reporting tools.
