Key Account Manager – Corporate Accounts (Singapore)

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of active corporate accounts in Singapore, driving sustainable and profitable growth through upselling and cross‑selling opportunities while representing Lyreco’s value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of active corporate accounts in Singapore.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to achieve profitable growth.
• Promote Lyreco’s full range of capabilities to ensure customers understand the value proposition.
• Arrange regular Account Development Plans via face‑to‑face meetings or video calls.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing) to deliver customized solutions.
• Coordinate special sourcing requests in line with company guidelines.
• Handle pricing and margin management for assigned accounts.
• Report sales activities, update the CRM system, and track opportunities.
• Work with the International Account Manager to comply with global tender and agreement conditions.
• Support digitalisation of the customer order‑to‑pay journey using Lyreco e‑solutions.
• Partner with the Corporate Inside Sales team to optimise sales processes.
• Undertake any other reasonable assignments from management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of upselling and cross‑selling strategies.
• Ability to communicate Lyreco’s value proposition clearly to customers.
• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Competence in pricing, margin management, and adhering to company guidelines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for activity tracking and reporting.
• Capability to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Flexibility to handle ad‑hoc tasks as required by management.
