Key Account Manager – E‑Commerce (Singapore)

About the role

As the Key Account Manager for E‑Commerce in Singapore, you will own the day‑to‑day commercial operations across all online channels for JDE Peet’s brands. You will work closely with online retailers, internal teams and regional partners to drive growth, optimise pricing and maximise promotional impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive assortment expansion, pricing strategy and promotional effectiveness on e‑commerce platforms.
• Negotiate commercial terms, visibility investments and campaign participation with online retailers.
• Manage daily commercial operations across all Singapore online channels.
• Conduct stock forecasting and collaborate with the supply‑chain team.
• Plan visibility and promotions for key events such as Double Digit Day and Campaign Day.
• Adapt regional e‑commerce strategies, tools and playbooks for local execution.
• Share market insights and sales performance data with regional partners.
• Identify new business opportunities with platform owners and improve operational processes.
• Deliver business KPIs including volume, gross profit, on‑time wholesale cost and market‑share targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce sales development, account management and marketplace partner management.
• Background in Beverage, Food or FMCG within a digital environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to win in e‑commerce channels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, ownership and a consumer‑first approach.
• Excellent collaboration skills across functions and with external partners.
