Key Account Manager – Executive/Senior Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead and service our most important sales channels. You will act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, driving sales performance while collaborating closely with product marketing and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end key sales channels to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with product marketing and business partners on channel marketing activities from planning to execution.
• Build strong partnerships with dealers through regular market visits and relationship management.
• Track sell‑through data to improve sales forecasting accuracy.
• Ensure proper shop‑front displays and visual merchandising.
• Organise tradeshows and in‑house promotions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly statistical reports comparing targets versus actuals.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales‑related roles.
• Strong business acumen with a proactive mindset for proposing innovative ideas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
