About the role
Our client, a German multinational, is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth for its FMCG Personal Care portfolio across Singapore. The role is based in a central, easily accessible location and forms part of ongoing transformation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining budget control and profitability.
- Partner with retailers and distributors to develop long‑term growth strategies.
- Plan and execute sales and trade‑marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align trade and above‑the‑line activities.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and trading terms.
- Evaluate ROI of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor demand planning and inventory movement.
- Produce monthly sales reports with performance insights.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
- Background in FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working with Malaysian retailers, distributors and modern trade channels.
