Key Account Manager – FMCG (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join a leading consumer business in Singapore. This role will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing strong customer partnerships and driving commercial performance across the Singapore market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned key accounts across the FMCG/consumer sector
• Develop and execute account plans to drive sales, distribution and market share
• Build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotions and trading terms
• Plan and execute promotional activities with customers
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for further growth
• Work closely with marketing, trade marketing and supply chain teams to ensure strong execution
• Track market, category and competitor developments

Required profile

• Relevant experience in Key Account / Sales within FMCG or consumer goods
• Experience managing major retail accounts in Singapore will be highly advantageous
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of the Singapore retail landscape
• Driven, hands‑on and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
