Key Account Manager, Food and Beverage Solutions

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead OFI’s Food & Beverage Solutions partnership with major accounts across the APAC region. You will be responsible for delivering seamless end‑to‑end supply‑chain and customer‑service experiences, from order processing to cash collection, while growing the share of wallet with each key client.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand business with assigned key accounts in APAC.
• Manage the full order‑to‑cash cycle, ensuring timely order processing, accurate invoicing, and efficient cash collection.
• Act as the single point of contact between customers and OFI, maintaining strong, long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee reliable, traceable supply and high‑quality service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to increase account revenue and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or sales within the food and beverage ingredients sector.
• Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage complex, end‑to‑end processes and drive business growth.
