Key Account Manager – Food & Beverage Solutions

About the role

The Key Account Manager for Food & Beverage Solutions will own the end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash cycle for strategic accounts across the APAC region. You will act as the single point of contact, ensuring seamless supply‑chain execution, accurate invoicing, and timely cash collection while growing the share of wallet with each key customer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deepen partnerships with APAC key accounts, driving business growth.
• Manage contracts across all product portfolios and oversee purchase‑order processing.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly volume forecasts with customers and align logistics and planning for on‑time delivery.
• Monitor accounts receivable, resolve payment delays, and work with finance and risk teams to clear credit blocks.
• Prepare regular reports on order processing, invoicing, and cash collection; maintain dashboards on OTIF, open orders, and shipped volume.
• Negotiate carry‑costs for inventory, manage tender/quote documentation, and collaborate with the commercial team on pricing.
• Drive improvements in customer service operations and champion automation within the order‑to‑cash cycle.

Required profile

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business.
• More than 5 years of experience in key account management, supply‑chain, and commercial functions.
• Proven track record of growing business with strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash, accounting principles, and financial processes.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask across time zones and deliver under pressure.
