About the role
As a Key Account Manager at CGM you will play a central part in expanding the adoption of CGM Pridok, a modern web‑based journal system that streamlines workflows for health professionals across Norway. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, winning customers and advancing sales processes.
Key responsibilities
- Drive growth and conversion of customers to the CGM Pridok platform.
- Demonstrate the value of the solution and ensure a smooth transition for new users.
- Prospect new customers, build strong relationships and manage tender processes and contracts.
- Develop existing accounts through regular follow‑up and support.
- Lead tender work and collaborate closely with colleagues.
- Maintain budget and revenue targets for your portfolio.
- Report directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
Required profile
- Strong drive to create value for customers and win new business.
- Ability to build trust with both potential and existing clients.
- High work capacity and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred, ambitious and performance‑oriented.
- Proven experience in software or consulting sales with documented tender results.
- Excellent communication skills, preferably with healthcare sector experience.
- Pedagogical ability to convey health‑tech value.
- Basic understanding of the healthcare sector and technology.
- Strategic thinking, complex analysis and clear planning capabilities.
