Key Account Manager – Singapore

About the role

Teoxane Laboratories is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sales and increase market share for its dermal fillers and cosmeceuticals in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, the role will be based in Singapore and focuses on building strong relationships with aesthetic doctors and key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a master list of aesthetic doctors in Singapore, using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and medical education teams to identify trainers and deliver high‑quality training programs.
• Conduct medical education and training sessions as agreed.
• Provide ongoing market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams to ensure market readiness and compliance with SOPs.
• Build rapport with KOLs and chain accounts to influence penetration strategies and campaigns.
• Create detailed account plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in managerial positions within the aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or beauty industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Leadership ability to manage a distributed team across Singapore.
• Fluency in English.
