Key Account Manager – Singapore & Malaysia

About the role

GEODIS is seeking a passionate and self‑motivated Key Account Manager to lead growth across Singapore and Malaysia. You will be responsible for expanding existing client relationships, acquiring new business, and delivering tailored supply‑chain solutions that increase our market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned key‑account portfolio, focusing on cross‑selling and wallet‑share growth.
• Maintain and deepen customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and consistent service delivery.
• Identify influencers, gatekeepers, and decision‑makers within client organisations and coordinate with regional and global KAM teams.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to uncover supply‑chain challenges and propose value‑creating solutions.
• Proactively manage account issues using continuous‑improvement principles.
• Lead business‑development initiatives, present customised propositions, and meet new‑business revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a senior sales position.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and supply‑chain management.
• Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in the local language is required.
• Proven negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
