Key User Sales and Support Manager

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support key account sales and user training activities for Bosch Group in Singapore. The role combines B2B sales support, account management, and customer enablement, offering hands‑on experience across the full sales cycle and training delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the full sales cycle for assigned key accounts, including lead research, discovery calls, proposal preparation and closing support.
• Maintain and update the CRM system, track leads, and contribute to sales forecasting.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, communicating value propositions to customers.
• Support upsell, cross‑sell and renewal activities by analysing customer needs and account potential.
• Conduct training needs assessments, develop and deliver user training sessions, and gather feedback to improve adoption.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to relay customer insights and stay informed on product updates.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic learner with strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Interest in B2B sales, account management and technical training.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with CRM tools.
