About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen team in Singapore. As a Kitchen Crew member you will support food preparation and ensure a clean, safe environment for both staff and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food for customers according to company recipes and service standards.
- Perform mise en place tasks during opening and closing hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of food preparation areas.
- Wash, store and organise utensils, dishes and kitchen equipment.
- Sort, store and distribute ingredients while following portion‑control guidelines.
- Monitor equipment usage, report any damage and ensure regular maintenance.
- Handle waste disposal and keep the kitchen floor and tools clean.
- Assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned by the chef.
Required profile
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and company recipes.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
