Kitchen Supervisor – Food Preparation & Service

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Kitchen Supervisor to lead our food preparation and service operations across Singapore. You will ensure high‑quality meals, maintain safety standards, and support menu innovation in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes, including slicing, chopping, mixing, seasoning and plating.
• Cook hot dishes by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying and broiling, and assemble cold components.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperature controls and food safety records, ensuring proper labeling, dating and rotation.
• Collaborate with the senior supervisor to develop daily, holiday and themed menus.
• Keep kitchen equipment, storage areas and workstations clean and sanitized, following daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve simple complaints and forward complex issues to management.
• Participate in quality‑improvement programs and contribute ideas to boost service efficiency.
• Manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory and staffing within budgetary limits.

Required profile

• Experience preparing and cooking North Indian cuisine.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven supervisory experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation and health regulations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
