Knowledge Management Platform Engineer

About the role

CSIT is looking for a Knowledge Management Platform Engineer in Singapore to build, implement and maintain the enterprise documentation and collaboration ecosystem. This covers Knowledge Hubs and Wikis, communications and messaging, content collaboration and AI-assisted platforms. The engineer ensures the platforms are secure, scalable and highly performant.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer platforms that organise and share the organisation's critical information to improve information retrieval, retain organisational knowledge, support better decisions and boost collaboration.
• Integrate AI and automation into knowledge management workflows.
• Apply DevOps practices such as CI/CD to automate deployments and workflows.
• Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor platform health, applying SRE principles to improve uptime and responsiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve collaboration, drive feature enhancements and explore emerging technologies such as AI and automation.

Required profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Knowledge Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, including content lifecycle, UI/UX for internal wikis and taxonomy design.
• Exposure to reliability engineering practices such as SLOs, error budgets and capacity planning.
• Preferred: good verbal and written communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to organising messy data.

Required skills

• Scripting languages and tools such as Git, Terraform, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash and Python.
• REST API integration and data automation.
• Identity management, SSO integrations and complex permission hierarchies (Azure AD/Entra ID).
