L2 Desktop Support Engineer – Singapore

About the role

Excis is seeking a proactive L2 Desktop Support Engineer to provide both onsite and remote assistance for Windows and Apple devices across its Singapore locations. You will manage hardware, software, and IT assets while supporting a diverse user base that includes executive and VIP users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote support for Windows 10, macOS, and Microsoft Office environments.
• Perform iMac/PC (IMAC) tasks, hardware refreshes, warranty repairs, and printer/AV system installations.
• Maintain asset inventory, tagging, and regular reporting.
• Coordinate equipment shipments, returns, and vendor repairs.
• Handle walk‑up support, new‑hire onboarding, and timely resolution of service requests and incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of IT support experience with Windows 10, macOS, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong networking fundamentals and experience with Windows OS deployment.
• Proven ability to support printers, AV systems, and executive users.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Fluent English.
