Lab Technician – CPS Singapore (1‑year contract)

About the role

Join Pacific Refreshments, the strategic concentrate manufacturing arm of Coca‑Cola Singapore, as a CPS Lab Technician on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in Tuas, you will support the evaluation of ingredients, work‑in‑process, and finished beverage bases, ensuring strict compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical‑chemical, microbiological and sensory tests on raw materials, intermediates and final products.
• Execute approval and release procedures for ingredients, packaging materials and finished goods, recording data in SAP.
• Verify that all ingredients have complete documentation such as Certificates of Analysis before release.
• Sample materials on‑site and at external storage locations as required.
• Calibrate and maintain analytical equipment in line with GLP and GMP requirements.
• Conduct method validation, process capability studies, control‑charting and out‑of‑specification analyses.

Required profile

• Right to work in Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship.
• Experience in a laboratory environment adhering to GLP/GMP standards.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon/night) and follow safety‑first procedures.

Required skills

• SAP for quality data entry.
• Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Analytical equipment calibration.
• Physical‑chemical, microbiological and sensory testing techniques.
• Process capability studies and control charting.
• Methods validation and out‑of‑specification analysis.
