Laundry Operation Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Laundry Operation Supervisor to lead our daily laundry processes at our Yishun facility. You will ensure smooth workflow, maintain high quality standards, and guarantee safe operation of all laundry equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily workflow of laundry operations.
• Conduct quality checks and enforce quality control standards.
• Oversee safe usage of laundry machinery including washing machines, dryers, linen ironers and towel folders.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required to support operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in supervising or leading a laundry or similar production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe workplace.
• Problem‑solving mindset for equipment troubleshooting.
• Flexibility to work six days a week, 44 hours.

Required skills

• Operation of industrial laundry machinery.
• Equipment troubleshooting.
