Lead DevOps Engineer

About the role

As a Lead DevOps Engineer you will join NinjaOne’s global Platform Engineering organization, working closely with the US‑based team to own production deployments and drive automation across the SaaS platform. Based in Singapore, you will provide operational coverage for global releases while enabling the broader team to focus on strategic platform modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute production software deployments, ensuring high availability, minimal downtime and predictable releases.
• Design and implement automated deployment solutions, reusable frameworks and self‑service capabilities to accelerate software delivery.
• Lead CI/CD modernization initiatives using CircleCI and related tools, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship and best‑practice guidance to DevOps and engineering teams.
• Act as the escalation point for complex releases and conduct post‑release reviews to improve reliability.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Build & Release or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across engineering, SRE, QA and product teams.
