Lead of Agentic AI

About the role

Lead the Agentic AI engineering team at Golden Agri‑Resources, translating the AI strategy into high‑impact solutions that span upstream, downstream and corporate functions. You will mentor engineers, ensure delivery quality and drive the adoption of AI agents, copilots and intelligent automation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Guide day‑to‑day activities of Agentic AI Engineers and Specialists, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with the AI roadmap.
• Design, develop and deploy AI agents, multi‑agent systems and automation workflows, reviewing architectures, code quality and prompt‑engineering standards.
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, progress tracking and delivery reporting for AI projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements, validate solutions and promote AI adoption.
• Drive rapid prototyping, proof‑of‑concept initiatives and continuous improvement of AI systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–9 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering, with 2–3 years in a technical lead role.
• Proven hands‑on experience building LLM‑based applications, AI agents or automation workflows.
• Experience leading small‑to‑medium engineering teams in an agile environment.
