Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee our Quality Management System across EPC projects and fabrication yards. The role ensures ISO compliance, drives continuous improvement, and coordinates audits and corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Company and Project Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ISO compliance.
• Implement QMS processes across all departments and project teams.
• Develop and control QMS documentation, including manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Plan, coordinate and support internal, external, supplier and certification audits.
• Document, address and close audit findings within agreed timelines.
• Conduct project, supplier and vendor quality audits.
• Lead non‑conformance management and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support problem‑solving activities.
• Monitor and analyse quality KPIs, identify trends and prepare management reports.
• Perform process and project risk assessments and monitor mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, certification bodies and project teams on quality matters.
• Promote quality awareness and best practices throughout the organisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and QMS management within EPC or fabrication yard environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, auditing processes, CAPA and quality management systems.
• Proven experience conducting internal, supplier and certification audits.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
