Learning & Development Intern (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a Learning & Development Intern to help improve how its learning programmes are delivered, experienced and measured. The internship runs from January to June 2027 and suits students interested in learning and development, HR, psychology, business, training, analytics or programme management.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate training participation data, maintain learner attendance and completion records, analyse trends, feedback and engagement metrics, and prepare reports, dashboards and summaries.
• Liaise with trainers, programme leads and learners, coordinate training sessions, workshops and Dojo events, and help prepare stakeholder presentations and communications.
• Identify ways to streamline reporting and administration, support automation of recurring reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Take part in Dojo initiatives and cross-functional projects, track progress and risks, write meeting notes and status updates, and conduct research and benchmarking.
• Join the interns engagement committee, help plan intern events, and organise intern initiatives with fellow interns and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Student available for an internship from January to June 2027.
• Interest in learning and development, HR, psychology, business, training, analytics or programme management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
