Learning Specialist – Hospitality Training

About the role

The Learning Specialist for Hotel Training and Quality Assurance (HTQA) at Marina Bay Sands designs and delivers training programmes that elevate service standards and guest satisfaction. You will partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs, create engaging content, and measure the impact of training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to analyse learning needs and develop training programmes aligned with organisational goals.
• Curate and maintain training materials, including online resources and knowledge‑management documentation.
• Monitor the annual training budget and assist in planning the next year’s budget.
• Participate in internal Quality Assurance inspections, using findings to identify and address training gaps.
• Contribute to creative communication plans and improve HTQA collateral designs.
• Promote Marina Bay Sands’ brand and service culture while ensuring compliance with workplace safety policies.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O Level; a diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar learning or training role within hospitality.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
