Lecturer – Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation

About the role

The School of Business & Accountancy is seeking a dynamic Lecturer to teach Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation over a two‑year contract. You will design and deliver both on‑campus and online curricula for full‑time, part‑time, and adult learners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop course materials, assessments and online modules for AI, data analytics and digital transformation topics.
• Supervise student projects, internships and industry‑linked research.
• Provide mentorship, career guidance and competition coaching to students.
• Participate in academic administration, committee work and outreach activities.
• Lead and manage industry collaborations and real‑world projects.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant industry experience in AI, analytics or digital transformation.
• Teaching or training experience is advantageous.
• Professional certifications in AI, analytics, digitalisation or adult education are a plus.
• Ability to engage students with a nurturing, collaborative approach.
