Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (Cyber Security)

About the role

Nanyang Polytechnic's School of Information Technology is recruiting a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Cyber Security. You will act as a subject matter expert and help learners develop academically, professionally and personally so they are ready for work and life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop courses, including curriculum design, course delivery and project supervision
• Spearhead and identify new opportunities, initiatives and collaborations with industry
• Plan, lead, manage and undertake Cyber Security project development with industry partners

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related domain
• Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security or a related field
• Preferably at least one professional certification such as GIAC, EC-Council, CREST, CISSP, CSSLP, OSCP, OSWP, EnCE or AccessData
• Experience in one or more of: governance, risk and compliance; data protection and privacy; vulnerability assessment and penetration testing; digital forensics and incident response; malware analysis and reverse engineering; cyber threat intelligence; cyber physical security; IoT security; container security; or DevSecOps
