Legal Consultant – ECM & Structured Products (Remote)

About the role

Axiom, a global provider of on‑demand legal talent, is seeking a Legal Consultant to support a leading client in digital assets/fintech. The role focuses on equity‑linked and structured products, working remotely at the cutting edge of capital markets and emerging digital‑asset solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice for equities and structured/innovative products throughout the full lifecycle (design, launch, enhancement, exit).
• Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts, and create program‑level documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with product, business, marketing, and operations stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk.
• Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and develop scalable legal processes and templates.

Required profile

• 5‑12+ years post‑qualification experience in structured products/ECM/derivatives or broader capital markets, from in‑house or private practice; and/or cryptocurrency/digital assets or tokenisation product experience.
• Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams.
