Legal Executive

About the role

Duotech is expanding its Legal & Compliance team in Singapore and seeks a Legal Executive to support legal documentation, compliance processes, and cross‑functional projects across multiple jurisdictions. This entry‑level role is ideal for fresh law graduates or junior professionals eager to work in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, agreements, and internal policies.
• Support compliance‑related processes, documentation, and coordination across regional markets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal, compliance, and operational matters to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain records, trackers, and documentation for legal and compliance matters.
• Support regional and cross‑functional projects involving legal and compliance workstreams.
• Conduct legal, regulatory, and industry research to aid internal advisory and project initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation for management and stakeholders.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to the Legal and Compliance function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law with 0–2 years of legal and/or compliance experience (internships count).
• High teachability, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
