Lifecycle Service Manager

About the role

ABB is looking for a Lifecycle Service Manager to join its Service Organization of the Automation Process Industries Division, covering Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. The role reports to the Regional Service Manager and works in a hybrid setup. It focuses on implementing service strategy, tools and processes in the assigned country, coordinating with business and service managers to apply cross-organizational tools consistently and build installed base knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of service strategy in the designated area by defining objectives, key results and milestones.
• Implement and monitor cross-functional activities across units and businesses to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with service management teams and initiative leads on activities, guidelines, scope, budget, resources, schedule and work allocation.
• Support businesses in improving the quality of data in service-related databases, including installed base management.

Required profile

• Strong interest in data center, pulp and paper, metals and HPR markets.
• At least 5 years of experience in service operations and management, with a track record of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial automation, lifecycle management, service business and customer value creation.
• Fluent English; Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
• Eligible to work in Singapore or Indonesia, with valid citizenship, permanent residency or work authorization.
