Locum Pharmacist – Office Hours – Up to $55/hr – Flexible

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Locum Pharmacist to provide high‑quality clinical pharmacy care during regular office hours across government‑linked outpatient settings in the western region of Singapore. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to mentor emerging pharmacists while working within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary clinical pharmacy services to out‑patient patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
• Mentor and support junior pharmacists, fostering professional growth and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop innovative, patient‑centred healthcare solutions.
• Maintain accurate medication records and adhere to regulatory standards, including AHPC licensing requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid AHPC (Agency for Healthcare Professionals) registration.
• At least 2 years of relevant pharmacy experience, preferably in an outpatient or government setting.

Required skills

• Clinical pharmacy expertise in outpatient care.
• Strong knowledge of medication safety and regulatory compliance.
