About the role
We are seeking a qualified Locum Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team across SingHealth Community Hospitals on a temporary basis. The role focuses on delivering safe, effective pharmaceutical care while collaborating with clinicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Promote wellness, maintain health, and intervene in acute or chronic illnesses.
- Identify, resolve, and prevent drug‑related problems.
- Recommend and monitor patient drug therapy and supply drug information.
- Interact with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceuticals.
- Educate patients, pharmacy staff, and other healthcare practitioners on medication use.
Required profile
- Degree or Master’s in Pharmacy from a school recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Valid membership with a local professional pharmacy body (preferred).
