About the role

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our outpatient pharmacy team on a locum or full‑time basis. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality dispensing services and comprehensive pharmaceutical care during office hours across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Provide accurate dispensing of medications and ensure patient safety.
Deliver outpatient pharmacy services, including Medication Review Service (MRS) and Anticoagulation Service (ACS).
Offer drug counseling to patients and supply drug information to healthcare professionals.
Handle public queries related to medication use and safety.

Required profile

Minimum degree in Pharmacy.
1 to 3 years of experience as a pharmacist.

Required skills

Pharmacy dispensing.
Medication review.
Anticoagulation service.
