About the role
We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our outpatient pharmacy team on a locum or full‑time basis. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality dispensing services and comprehensive pharmaceutical care during office hours across Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate dispensing of medications and ensure patient safety.
- Deliver outpatient pharmacy services, including Medication Review Service (MRS) and Anticoagulation Service (ACS).
- Offer drug counseling to patients and supply drug information to healthcare professionals.
- Handle public queries related to medication use and safety.
Required profile
- Minimum degree in Pharmacy.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a pharmacist.
Required skills
- Pharmacy dispensing.
- Medication review.
- Anticoagulation service.
