Logistics Executive / Coordinator (5‑day week)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Executive/Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end air and sea import/export operations in Singapore. The role involves shipment operations, customs documentation, client liaison and billing, ensuring smooth and compliant logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end air and sea import/export operations, including FCL/LCL shipments, carrier bookings, cargo tracking and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare, verify and issue shipping documents such as Notices of Arrival, Delivery Orders, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists and trade permits.
• Liaise with clients, ocean carriers, airlines, hauliers and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment operations and provide timely updates.
• Calculate shipping costs, prepare and issue customer invoices, verify vendor rate sheets and provide shipping quotations.
• Resolve operational delays, shipment discrepancies and customs clearance issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs requirements, international trade regulations and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations, preferably in freight forwarding with air and sea import/export exposure.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
• Responsible, well‑organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to learn, adapt to new processes and work both independently and as part of a team.

What we offer

• 5‑day work week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Competitive salary up to SGD 4,000 per month.
• Location in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore.
