Logistics Executive – Delivery & Warehouse Operations

About the role

The company is seeking a Logistics Executive to support delivery services and warehouse operations on Jurong Island. You will ensure timely, damage‑free deliveries while maintaining accurate records and a clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide local delivery services and ensure goods arrive on time and in good condition.
• Match deliveries with orders and invoices accurately.
• Assist with loading and unloading, supporting smooth container handling.
• Record the year of manufacture for received goods.
• Store items using FIFO method and conduct random stock checks.
• Support year‑end inventory counts.
• Follow management procedures and keep warehouse and vehicle areas tidy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (Class 2B preferred) and forklift licence.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Class 3 Singapore driving licence
• Class 2B Singapore driving licence (preferred)
• Forklift licence
• Microsoft Excel for inventory and order processing
