Logistics Executive – Demand & Supply Planning

About the role

The Logistics Executive will support demand and supply planning for a fast‑moving environment across Singapore. This entry‑level friendly position offers a base salary plus variable bonus and is based in a central location within walking distance of the MRT.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse demand variability, supply constraints and capacity issues to enable informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory optimisation and overall supply‑chain efficiency.
• Monitor forecast performance and recommend actions to enhance planning outcomes.
• Conduct monthly S&OP processes, preparing demand, supply, inventory and capacity analyses.
• Spot supply risks, capacity bottlene‑cks and inventory challenges, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates on planning assumptions and operational performance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management to aid strategic decision‑making.
• Drive continuous process improvements using analytical thinking and best practices.

• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Willingness to work long hours on peak days and travel on short notice.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, data analysis).
