Logistics Executive – Night Shift

About the role

The Logistics Executive works the night shift to manage custom brokerage and declaration activities for shipments across Singapore. Based at the Alps Avenue office near Pasir Ris MRT, the position is desk‑bound and requires strict compliance with customs regulations while delivering timely clearance services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customs declarations at the required daily and hourly rates, ensuring full compliance.
• Maintain assigned accounts for exception declarations and monitor shipment holds.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to facilitate customs clearance.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries related to brokerage services.
• Generate and deliver various reports within customer‑specified timelines.

Required profile

• Available to start immediately and work a five‑day week.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to handle pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work regular overtime as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
