About the role
As a Logistics (Freight) Project Manager within Apple’s Asia Pacific Logistics Project Management Office, you will lead end‑to‑end freight and logistics initiatives across the region. You will design, plan, build and implement processes that enable efficient inbound and outbound operations, AppleCare, repair centres and distribution networks.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and organise logistics projects, developing detailed plans and schedules while balancing business needs.
- Gather, prioritise and document business requirements through workshops and translate them into Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Partner Design Documents (PDD).
- Drive solution design that delivers standardised, scalable outcomes and minimises manual exceptions.
- Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, write test scripts, execute tests and ensure smooth change adoption.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate scope, timelines, risks and benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with 3PL vendors and internal partners to meet project milestones and deliverables.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience leading logistics or supply‑chain projects in a fast‑paced environment.
