Logistics Intern – Singapore

About the role
This Logistics Intern position supports the supply chain team in Singapore, ensuring smooth flow of inbound and outbound shipments. You will work closely with the warehouse, stores, and regional partners to keep inventory accurate and shipments on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Notify warehouse and stores of all orders and incoming shipments using SAP information.
- Generate SAP details from pre‑alert shipments received from HQ and confirm timely receipt in the warehouse.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments via tracking/HAWB numbers and share updates with relevant parties.
- Prepare shipping invoices for transfers within a 24‑hour turnaround for the region.
- Compile logistics billing invoices, attach supporting documents, and request approval for payment.
Required profile
- Commit to a regular schedule of three days per week.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and learn quickly.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using SAP for logistics operations.
