Logistics Operations Assistant

About the role

As a Logistics Operations Assistant you will coordinate delivery schedules, liaise with customers and internal teams, and ensure smooth logistics flow to support production and order fulfilment in a steel manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate deliveries for trailers and self‑collection arrangements.
• Liaise with customers on delivery schedules and related matters.
• Follow up with drivers and customers to resolve unloading issues promptly.
• Collaborate with production teams and planners to prioritise urgent orders.
• Arrange collection and delivery of coupler bars efficiently.
• Coordinate deliveries from the galvanising yard to customers.
• Monitor availability of empty trailers and allocate them for production use.

Required profile

• Work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in logistics, operations, or delivery coordination.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly under pressure.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Competitive salary range SGD 2,600 – 3,500 per month.
