Logistics & Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Logistics & Operations Executive to manage our end‑to‑end shipping and inventory processes across Singapore. You will act as the main liaison between internal teams, freight forwarders, customs authorities and shipping lines, ensuring smooth import and export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound, outbound and inventory activities.
• Prepare shipping and logistics documentation.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs and other parties.
• Handle import/export shipments and sea‑freight arrangements.
• Process supplier and forwarder invoices.
• Support customer service and sales teams on shipment enquiries.
• Manage HS codes, MSDS and customs‑related documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle and facility maintenance when required.

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant logistics or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipment handling.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
