Logistics Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics planning and execution for mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment and materials on construction sites in Singapore. The role requires coordinating international shipments, customs clearance and on‑site delivery to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute full‑cycle logistics for M&E equipment and materials, aligning with construction timelines.
• Manage international freight, customs documentation and local transportation, ensuring timely arrival at the site.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plans, controlling delivery sequencing under space and access constraints.
• Coordinate closely with M&E contractors, subcontractors, consultants and project teams.
• Oversee off‑site warehousing, just‑in‑time delivery arrangements and heavy‑lift or oversized cargo handling.
• Identify, assess and mitigate logistics risks that could impact project progress.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project or construction logistics, preferably with M&E contractors or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
