Logistics Supervisor – Delivery Operations

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and delivery operations in Singapore. You will coordinate manpower, manage schedules, and ensure timely, safe deliveries while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations.
• Assign and schedule manpower and delivery tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor collection, sorting, and delivery activities.
• Coordinate with customers, delivery personnel, and relevant parties on operational matters.
• Track attendance, punctuality, and performance of the team.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate, safe, and on time.
• Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain records and prepare daily operational reports.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, courier, or delivery operations (advantageous).
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Flexibility to manage changing schedules and operational requirements.
