About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead and coordinate our transportation and warehouse operations in Singapore. The role involves strategic planning, safety enforcement, and continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Key responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage operations, manpower, transportation and logistics.
- Enforce safety standards and SOPs, ensuring all workers comply.
- Conduct investigations and inspections for accidents and infringements.
- Resolve operational issues and report corrective actions to management.
- Prepare and attend weekly safety and operations meetings and reviews.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
- Possess Class 3/4 driving license (advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of handling stress, tight timelines, overtime and rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
