Logistics & Warehouse Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics & Warehouse Executive to manage the end‑to‑end processing of FMCG orders and export shipments. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment across Singapore and overseas markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate processing of FMCG orders for internal and external customers.
• Handle export orders for overseas customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Central Kitchen, freight forwarders, overseas customers, and internal departments.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch FMCG and export orders according to shipping requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and conduct monthly stocktaking.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑maintained warehouse and storage areas.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics operation experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
