Luxury Fashion Team Manager / Department Manager

About the role

As a Team Manager / Department Manager for a luxury fashion brand, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving store performance. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead by example, and inspire the team to embody the brand’s values and aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service aligned with luxury retail standards and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a welcoming and elegant store environment.
• Support and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets, providing on‑floor coaching and feedback.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the Store Manager.
• Drive sales through product knowledge coaching, analyse sales data for growth opportunities, and support promotional and seasonal campaigns.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of premium/luxury retail standards.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
