Key responsibilities

• Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally and tactfully.
• Manage complex service situations and provide effective service recovery.
• Lead by example in professional grooming, communication, and customer engagement.
• Coach and guide team members to continuously improve service quality.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of relevant customer service, premium hospitality or cabin crew experience.
• Prior team‑leading, supervisory or senior service experience preferred.
• Strong experience in complaint management and service recovery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
• Professional presentation with strong service etiquette.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support a customer‑facing team.
