Luxury Retail Store Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Luxury Retail Store Executive to join our Singapore store, which specializes in buying and selling pre‑owned luxury brand items. The role combines direct customer service, product appraisal, and coordination of international shipments, ensuring a premium experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in customers, present luxury products and close sales.
• Capture high‑quality photos of items brought by customers using a smartphone and forward them to the appraisal team.
• Communicate appraisal results and propose purchase offers based on evaluations.
• Arrange overseas export of purchased goods, handling all required documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Provide translation and interpretation support to facilitate smooth store operations.
• Oversee daily store activities to maintain a seamless and pleasant customer experience.
• Prepare and submit regular performance and activity reports to the Japanese headquarters.

Required profile

• Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related industry.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Smartphone photography for product documentation.
• Basic translation and interpretation abilities.
• Knowledge of export documentation and compliance procedures.
