About the role

Join Polène’s flagship boutique in Singapore as a Luxury Sales Advisor, delivering an exceptional experience to a discerning, high‑end clientele. You will be the face of the brand, guiding customers through the purchase journey and embodying the artisanal heritage of Polène’s leather goods.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every visitor, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Provide personalized advice, showcase product craftsmanship, and drive conversion through attentive service.
• Promote additional sales and communicate after‑sales services, including care and repair options.
• Manage cash registers, process transactions, and handle opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain boutique presentation, merchandising, and inventory organization.
• Develop and follow up on CRM client records and contribute to daily boutique reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience serving high‑end, international customers, preferably in luxury or leather‑goods retail.
• Strong appreciation for craftsmanship and ability to convey product stories passionately.
• Team‑player with a collaborative attitude and proactive approach to customer interaction.
• Friendly demeanor, natural relational ease, and a sharp service orientation.
