M&A Operations Senior Manager – Deals Advisory

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead M&A Operations within its Deals Advisory practice. You will work with a team of consultants to help clients navigate the full deal lifecycle, from strategy and origination to post‑deal integration.

Key responsibilities

• Scope projects, manage deliverables and project economics.
• Analyse target data, especially supply‑chain and operational practices, to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Engage with target management to validate findings and develop actionable recommendations.
• Produce risk and improvement reports, summarising key supply‑chain insights.
• Support implementation of proposed solutions and drive post‑merger integration activities.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Perform risk‑management tasks such as drafting engagement letters and budgeting.
• Coach and train junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply‑chain, operations management or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of combined consulting and industry experience in operational functions (procurement, sales operations, manufacturing, supply‑chain management, etc.).
• Experience in post‑merger integration and deal advisory.
• Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or APICS are advantageous.
