Maid Recruiter – Singapore

About the role

The Maid Recruiter will source and place domestic workers for families across Singapore. You will work closely with employers to understand their needs, screen candidates from an extensive database covering Indonesia, Mizoram, Myanmar and the Philippines, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including interviews and administrative coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit maids for Singapore employers based on client requirements.
• Gather and analyse employer specifications and match them with maid biodata.
• Browse maid biodata to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct video interviews with candidates and handle all related administrative tasks.
• Maintain strong relationships with overseas recruiters and ensure clear communication with employers.
• Handle all administrative paperwork for the maids.
• Provide counseling and support to helpers throughout their employment journey.

Required profile

• Strong drive to succeed in maid placement.
• Energetic, proactive with good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome.
